Shipping Policy

This shipping policy describes the shipping tariffs applied to your order, and any applicable taxes, duties and customs that must be paid and how any returned goods will be processed.

SIMONA RUSK Ltd offers international shipping to most destinations. Kindly allow up to 14 days for delivery - with additional delays possible due to Coronavirus interruptions. International delivery times may vary, particularly where shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures, as well as due to national holidays and bank holidays.

The following shipping tariffs apply:

Standard UK and EU: £10

Standard US: £30

Rest of the World: £35

Goods are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. As the customer, you will be therefore be responsible for the payment of the above shipping rates, plus any VAT, customs duties, export, import or other taxes, imposts and similar charges applicable to your order (and any applied should you return goods to us).

Once your order has been shipped, we will send an e-mail containing a tracking number to enable you to easily track your order. Please allow for at least 48 hours from the time your order in first placed until tracking details are made available. Should you not receive tracking details, please contact info@simonaruskdesign.com.

Return policy

We are pleased to offer returns on any item which is defective provided that (1) contact is made with our customer service within 5 days after the goods have arrived, (2) we receive your returned item to our return address within 28 days from your receipt of the goods and (3) the item satisfies the requirements of our returns policy.

Please note, this returns policy is offered in addition to any statutory legal rights you may have.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service and include the goods as well as the original branded box. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and undamaged. In the event that these return requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued.

Please note that Paypal refunds may take up to 10 business days to clear. Your refund can only be credited back via the original payment method. Please further note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
